For the past 30 years Pete has been designing and building successful products and managing highly effective cross functional teams. He has driven the creation and launch of innovative products ranging from baby products to avalanche safety equipment.
His passion for design is matched with a drive for turning consumer insights into outstanding products, delivered on time and on budget.
He has a unique breadth of experience in the effective planning and management of products through his work with wholesale, direct source retailers, small start-ups, and as a freelance designer.
Pete started his career in the 1980s as a product designer for The North Face and has held Sr. Design and Sr. Design Management positions for market leaders including Cascade Designs, Mountain Equipment Co-op Arc’teryx, and was VP of Design for Dayman Lowepro the world’s largest supplier of photo bags.
